INSTRUCTIONS for ENVELOPE ADDRESSING

We offer a template so you can easily provide us with the information required to print your guest list on your envelopes, giving them a beautiful hand addressed look. Note that we do not share your information and the template is not used again.

Please use this Excel Spreadsheet to enter Addressing Information.

We regret that we will not be able to process your order if you change the format of any of the data fields

Please follow the instructions. For your convenience, these instructions are repeated on a sheet in the Excel file. Above all, we do not question your data and what you key is what you get.

Please enter exactly what you want on each line, and do not abbreviate unless you want your text to be abbreviated. If you have any questions about Addressing Etiquette, you should reference that page before you begin.

The charge for addressing the front is $1.40 per Outer Envelope and $1.10 per Inner Envelope or $2.50 for the set. We will also print your Return Address on the back flap of the Outer Envelope for an additional charge. (Please see our website for pricing.) Select any Lettering Style or Ink Color from our website. Add $6.90 for Ink Colors other than Black. Be sure to indicate both Ink Color and Lettering Style on the Excel Spreadsheet Template. Please allow an additional 2 business days for this service.

Please save the Excel file on your computer when you are done and email the completed file to us.
